Misty Thicket Clothing stands by its products with a 100% lifetime guarantee. We will make alterations, resize, and even repair your garment for free. We also issue store credit in the form of a personalized coupon code. Your new item or store coupon will be issued as soon as we have received the original item in new condition.
If you are unsatisfied with your garment in any way, please e-mail us. If we agree to refund, we must receive your original order in new and unused condition. Thank you for taking the time to review our policies and we hope you enjoy your new clothing!
