- What is your return policy?
For many of our customers, costuming often involves a one day event (like a Halloween party). Often times these exciting events may be the only time the customer will use his or her garment and obtaining a refund on the item may be tempting. It is primarily for this fact that we cannot offer refunds on any of our products for any reason. However, we are happy to exchange one size or style (of equal value) for another. We also allow store credit on new items in the form of a mailed certificate. A 20% Restocking Fee and shipping charges may be required on your exchange. Your new item or store certificate will not be shipped out until we have received the original item in new condition.
If we shipped you the wrong item or it is flawed in any way, please e-mail us. Misty Thicket Clothing stands by its products with a 100% lifetime guarantee. We will make alterations, resize (standard sizes only), and even repair your garment for free. All we ask is that you cover shipping (if we made a mistake, return shipping is on us!). Should we agree to refund for extraneous circumstances, a 20% restocking fee will apply! Thank you for taking the time to review our policies and we hope you enjoy your new clothing!
