Our goal is to provide you with excellent and affordable customer service. So getting your item shipped fast and cheap is one of our biggest challenges. When you pay through our shopping cart or by PayPal, shipping charges are automatically included in your purchase. We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS). If you already have an account with UPS, FedEX, or Airborne Express and would like to have your shipping billed to your account, we will gladly refund your shipping costs and bill your preferred carrier account number (Please e-mail us with your account number after making purchases).

If you do not have an account with UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, and you truly prefer not to ship through the US Postal Service, we will ship through the other carriers for an additional fee. All additional fees must be paid to telena@mistythicket.com through PayPal, before shipping will continue. The fee schedule is listed in the chart below:
