Our goal is to provide you with excellent and affordable customer service. So getting your item shipped fast and cheap is one of our biggest challenges. When you pay through our shopping cart or by PayPal, shipping charges are automatically included in your purchase.

We currently offer shipping via US Postal Service (Priority & Express Mail), and FedEX (domestic US only). If you already have an account with UPS, FedEX, or Airborne Express and would like to have your shipping billed to your account, we will gladly refund your shipping costs and bill your preferred carrier account number (Please e-mail us or call us at 970.232.9442 with your account number after completing your purchase).

If you do not have an account with UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, and you truly prefer not to ship through the US Postal Service, we will ship through the other carriers for a custom fee. Shipping costs must be paid to telena@mistythicket.com through PayPal, or by credit card before shipping will continue.
