The shirt features a band collar, lace up front with grommet closure and self ties (pictured with upgraded button hole eyelets--see 'Accessories' below to upgrade!), and the sleeves are finished off with reinforced cuffs, and natural wooden buttons. The sleeves measure about 19” long from the underarm seam to wrist, and the shoulders are more fitted but still roomy. A reinforced box-pleating between the shoulder blades allows for comfortable movement.
