A basic item of every high ladies wardrobe is the
cotton skirt, and the more the merrier I say! Whether you are a
noble or a washerwoman, this skirt is beautiful and durable and
will add versatility to your wardrobe. You can layer it with another
of our skirts and tuck a bit into your belt for a saucy peasant/wench
look or use it as an underskirt with a fancy gown. As you can see
from the pictures, the skirt is full enough to wear over a hoop
(farthingale) as well and would look striking on its own.
The fabric is available in Cotton/Poly, Cotton Muslin, Baroque
Satin, Linen, and Silk Essence. The waist is an adjustable drawstring
that opens to 54”, the medium skirt measures 38" from waist to finished
hem and measures about 152” around the bottom. Some of the materials
above require special care, so we will provide care instructions
to ensure its quality and longevity of your garment. If you have
